EXCHANGES

How can I exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 working days, by going to the company's headquarters or sending the return by mail.

At the company's headquarters you can exchange your item for free ( as returns will only be made on the day and time previously scheduled ):

- For an item of the same value;
- For a different item of higher value, adding the excess value of the new one purchase.

Exchanges by Mail:

BEPPI accepts exchanges of articles by mail only in Portugal and in the case of articles with the same or higher value. The costs of shipping the item to be exchanged are borne by the customer. BEPPI is committed to free shipping of the new pair.

In case of exchange or return, the costs of the first shipment will be borne by Planitoi provided they are delivered to a DHL Service Point.
When exchanging for a new size, it will be sent according to the customer's instructions and without any costs.
In case of exchange, BEPPI advises that the items be sent in the original packaging together with the corresponding invoice. In cases of transport damage or other situations, the return must be made in a similar package (size and capacity). Exchanges of articles will only be carried out in perfect condition (without marks of use and handling and without having been washed) as well as the respective tags intact and accompanied by the corresponding receipt. If this is not the case, BEPPI reserves the right not to accept the exchange.
You must indicate the invoice number, the reason for the exchange and the item (s) you wish to exchange (model, size and color).

In other countries, BEPPI does not accept exchanges, only returns. You must return the item (s) according to the instructions below and make a new purchase of the desired items.

RETURNS

How can I return an item?

You can return it within 14 working days, at the company's headquarters or by mail.
If you return, BEPPI advises that the items be returned in the original packaging together with the corresponding invoice. In cases of transport damage or other situations, the return must be made in a similar package (size and capacity). Only returns of articles in perfect condition (without marks of use and handling and without having been washed) will be accepted, as well as the respective tags intact and accompanied by the corresponding receipt. If this is not the case, BEPPI reserves the right not to accept the return.
Upon receipt of the return, the items will be analyzed according to the requirements detailed above and refunded or exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

How much time do I have to return the item?

You have 14 working days starting from the date you received your order.

How much does it cost to return?

If you return at the company's headquarters, the return will be free.
The return costs by post are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defect or proven quality problem.
Returns from countries outside the European Union may be randomly subject to customs control and customs fees will be applied to deliver the return to the final destination.
In these cases, BEPPI advises to inform the competent authorities in advance about this process before proceeding with the return of the goods. articles, not being responsible for the payment of taxes at the destination for the purpose of customs clearance of the object.

How will my refund be made?

If the return is made in person at the company's headquarters, you can receive your refund at the moment. If the return is made by mail, the refund of the amount related to the item(s) will be made in the same payment method in which the original purchase was made or in a payment voucher to be used in a future online purchase (Vale not cumulative with other discount coupons). All refunds will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days. Refunds by bank transfer (Multibanco payments), may take approximately 10 working days to be completed, depending on the respective bank.

How to proceed in case of consumer dispute?

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or to the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entities:
